4. Third-Party Services
We share necessary data with the following trusted third-party providers:
- Razorpay — payment processing. Customer payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay and subject to their privacy policy.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (booking confirmations, invoices, OTPs).
- Neon (PostgreSQL) — secure cloud database for storing booking and business data.
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.
- Cloudflare R2 — storage for generated PDF invoices.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
Booking records, customer details, and invoices are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required under Indian GST and accounting regulations. Admin accounts and associated data are retained for as long as the account is active. You may request deletion of personal data by contacting us, subject to legal retention obligations.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies solely to maintain admin login sessions. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies. No personal data is stored in cookies.
7. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Razorpay API keys are stored encrypted using AES-256 encryption. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
