1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using bookaslot.in ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users — businesses ("Admins") and their customers ("Customers").

2. Description of Service

bookaslot.in provides an online appointment booking platform that enables businesses to accept bookings and payments from their customers. Each business gets a dedicated booking page at bookaslot.in/yourbusiness. Payments are processed via Razorpay, and confirmation emails are sent via Resend.

3. Business (Admin) Accounts

Accounts are created by bookaslot.in and access is granted via a setup email.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate business information including a valid GSTIN if applicable.
You must comply with all applicable Indian laws including GST, consumer protection, and data protection regulations.
You must have a valid Razorpay account to accept online payments.

4. Platform Fee

bookaslot.in charges a platform fee of 5% on the gross transaction value of each paid booking. This fee is automatically deducted. The platform fee is non-refundable except in cases of documented platform error. Razorpay's payment gateway fee (approximately 2%) is charged separately and directly by Razorpay.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Each business sets its own cancellation and refund policy on the Platform. bookaslot.in facilitates the refund process through Razorpay but is not responsible for the business's cancellation decisions. Refunds initiated through Razorpay typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer's account. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
Use the Platform to conduct fraudulent transactions
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
Impersonate any person or entity
List services that are illegal, harmful, or violate Razorpay's acceptable use policy

7. Intellectual Property

All content on bookaslot.in — including design, code, branding, and copy — is the property of bookaslot.in and may not be reproduced without permission. Business admins retain ownership of their own business content (logos, service descriptions, etc.).

8. Limitation of Liability

bookaslot.in is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, missed bookings, or payment processing delays. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the platform fees collected from you in the preceding 3 months.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other users or the platform. In such cases, outstanding platform fees remain payable and the platform fee on completed transactions is non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of bookaslot.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify admin users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
